Villa #8

Villa #8 is a multi-level, 4-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom villa located in the Hollywood Hills of Los Cabos, El Pedregal. Entering the home, you immediately get stunning views of the Pacific.

Located on top of the prestigious gated community of Pedregal, you can expect safety and security throughout your entire stay. This house has amazing views during the day and night, which can be seen from its incredibly spacious outdoor balcony.

The villa is constantly filled with beautiful, natural light throughout the day, as well as views of bright blue skies and the blue ocean. El Pedregal, which translates to "The Rock," is an attractive community known for its magnificent houses and exquisite views.

Every room has a Wi-Fi extender to ensure strong connection throughout the villa. The main floor has an open concept, connecting the large marble and wood kitchen to the living room area. The large sliding windows allow for a full view of the city and the Pacific to give our guests the ultimate living experience. The dining room table has ample space for 10 people to enjoy each other's company for at-home dinners. The kitchen has a large marble island to make food prep enjoyable, entertaining, and easy for everyone.

The large outdoor space has a large pool, as well as plenty of sun beds — it's the perfect area to lounge in the sun during the day or to watch some of the most amazing sunsets with a glass of wine. Additionally, on the top floor balcony is a smaller lounge pool with glass walls on either side to help you capture that perfect photo.

All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. There are king size beds in 3 bedrooms, with one of the bedrooms containing two king size beds, and one of the bedrooms with 2 matrimonial beds. All have their own private balcony, once again with amazing views of the Pacific.

The villa provides its guests with an in-house washing machine and drying machine.
